Difference between Stainless and Aluminium (Kitchenware)

Stainless steel is iron mixed with nickel and cadmium for more hardness and rust-resistant. Aluminium is a natural metal, high heat resistance, well heat conductivity, acid resistance, non-rusting and light weight. Its only disadvantage is that it is too soft, easy for forcing the shape changed.

Aluminium will be lighter and not shaded like stainless steel. Aluminium is quickly to temperature while stainless steel is slower and longer heat retaining. Both are metals. However, aluminium is not in the iron group (non-ferrous); substance that does not have metallic properties called non-metals such as sulfur, carbon.

Stainless steel is more durable than aluminium.  Aluminum is easier to cut by saws and scissors, but stainless steel must be specific cut by machines such as stainless-steel counter is stronger and sturdier than aluminum.
