Terms and Conditions

New Sang Thai Industry Co., Ltd has mostly concerned on manufacturing quality products as well as delivering customer satisfaction. We provide reparation, change, return service according to appropriate condition. Any unpacked products founded broken or damaged can be changed / returned within 5 days from receival date (considered from bill’s acknowledge sign). The changed / returned product must be in “New” and maintain condition when received. More information in Returning and Changing products are as follows:

1.       Damaged product on manufacturing or delivery from New Sang Thai Industry Co., Ltd.
2.       Equipment or spare part has not been in complete condition or quantity.

• Product Change and Return Policy
  
  1. Product must be claimed within 5 days from receival date (considered from bill’s acknowledge sign).
  
  2. Product must be manufactured by New Sang Thai Industry only.
  
  3. Bill and Photo must be submitted to Damage Inspection and Assessment Department for Change/ Return consideration.
  
  4. Product must be in “New” and “Maintain” condition for all parts as well additional accessories (if have) must be in 100% condition.
